Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of assembling and working with both hand and power tools in a warehouse environment. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that components are accurately assembled to meet quality standards.
Hours:
* Nights: Monday – Thursday: 6:00pm-6:00am
Pay:
Nights - £17.12ph
Duties:
* Assemble various components and products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed specifications and assembly instructions.
* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
* Maintain an organised and clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
* Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as necessary.
* Report any defects or issues with components or equipment to management promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience in assembly work or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Experience working in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Passport or Birth certificate is required for registration
