We are working with a leading and rapidly growing power and utilities contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their team in Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a business delivering critical energy infrastructure projects across the country. The successful candidate will take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you are looking to work within a dynamic sector that is central to Scotland's energy future, we would be keen to hear from you.

As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing the day-to-day delivery of power and utilities projects across Scotland
* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and plant resources
* Monitoring programme performance and implementing corrective actions where required
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider project team
* Completing site reporting, documentation, and progress updates to senior management

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within power, utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
* A strong understanding of health & safety legislation and industry best practice
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to demanding timescales
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong organisational abilities
