Site Manager – 6 Week Contract
Shawlands, Glasgow
£29 - £31 per Hour

GS3 are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment and fit out project on a large public sector building in Shawlands, Glasgow.

This is a 6-week contract starting Monday 29th June 2026, involving:

Interior fit-out works

*

Internal building upgrades

*

Roof replacement works

*

Management and coordination of multiple subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard

Requirements

*

Valid SMSTS

*

Valid First Aid Certificate

*

Previous experience managing fit-out subcontractors

*

Strong health & safety awareness

*

Ability to manage site operations and maintain project progress

*

Must be available for the full 6-week duration, Monday to Friday

Rate

*

£29 - £31 per hour (depending on experience)

There is an excellent opportunity to move directly onto the next fit-out project following successful completion and handover of this one.
