Nurture Teacher - Full-Time | September Start

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurture Teacher to join a welcoming specialist educational setting this September. This is a full-time opportunity, ideal for an experienced teacher who is passionate about supporting children with additional social, emotional and behavioural needs.
You'll be working with small groups of pupils, delivering engaging, personalised learning while creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will be committed to building positive relationships, promoting emotional wellbeing, and helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
The Role:
Full-time position starting in September
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
Foster a calm, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team
Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and additional learning barriersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children with SEMH, SEND or within a nurture provision
Excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills
A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
