The Role
As a Nurture Teacher, you will work on a 1:1 basis with learners who may have SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs. Sessions are tailored to each learner, helping them re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
You will:

Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs

Support engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

Create positive, structured learning environments
*
Build trusted relationships through a nurturing, learner-centred approach
Who We're Looking For
*
Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Unqualified Teachers with relevant experience
*
Individuals passionate about supporting learners in an alternative education setting
*
Experience with SEND, SEMH, or vulnerable learners is desirable
*
Patient, adaptable, and relationship-focused practitioners
*
Committed to helping every learner reach their potential
