We are currently recruiting for a Conversion Operator to join a manufacturing business, supporting production operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The RoleAs a Conversion Operator, you will be responsible for operating conversion machinery to produce finished slit reels safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate conversion/slitting machinery in line with job specifications
Select appropriate films, materials, and operating supplies for each task
Carry out process and quality inspection checks to ensure products meet required standards
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency
Complete production reports accurately using internal systems
Palletise, package, and record finished goods in line with customer and company requirements

Requirements
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to operate industrial machinery and follow technical processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
