Job Title: Lamination Operator
Lamination Operator
Scunthorpe
4 on 4 off shift pattern, following a 2 days 2 nights rotation – an average of 42 hours per week
£14.84 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Lamination Operator to join a manufacturing business, supporting production operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The RoleAs a Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for operating conversion machinery to produce laminated reels safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate lamination machinery in line with job specifications
Select appropriate materials, films, and operating supplies for each job
Carry out process and quality inspection checks to ensure product meets required standards
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain production output
Complete production reports accurately using internal systems
Palletise, package, and record finished products in line with company and customer requirements
Support maintenance teams by reporting potential faults or preventative issues
Requirements
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to operate machinery and follow technical processes
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good problem-solving skills and ability to monitor machine performance
