Experienced and professional Street Cleansing Operative required to work with a leading and highly reputable Local Authority.

My client required and experienced Street Cleansing Operative to join their award-winning maintenance division on an on going temporary contract. Are you looking to work with a prestigious and well-known employer? Please see below details.

Location: Walsall Council

Pay: £20.10 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 4 days per week. 1 rest day within the week.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (potentially a rolling contract)

Driving the mini road sweepers - vehicle are over 3.5 tonne

Essential (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BELOW PLEASE)

· CPC qualification

· Tacho Card and C1 licence

· full UK driving licence. -No more than 3 points on licence.

Grounds maintenance operational services e.g. grass maintenance, border maintenance, fine turf maintenance, sports pitch provision, hedge maintenance, seasonal bedding, arboriculture (tree works), burials & cemetery operations

Domestic household door to door collections and associated functions e.g. bin delivery, removal of bagged waste, assisted collections (domestic refuse, recycling & garden waste)

Commercial waste & recycling collection services.

Street cleansing operational services e.g. litter picking, graffiti removal, fly tipping, site clearance and tidy up works, bulky item collections, mechanical sweeping operations

Street Cleansing

Duties include (not limited to): Street cleansing services, litter picking, Street weed control, Removal of fly tipping, Play area inspections, reporting, maintenance, Graffiti removal, Vegetation control, Mechanical sweeping operations, Bulky item collection services
