Smile Education is seeking passionate SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham. With schools preparing for September, we are looking for dedicated SEN professionals who can provide outstanding support to pupils with additional needs across both Primary settings.
We Are Recruiting:
• SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistants (Primary & Secondary)
• SEN Learning Support Assistants
• Autism Support Assistants
• Behaviour Support Assistants
• SEMH Teaching Assistants
• SEND Classroom Support Assistants
The Role:
• Support pupils across Primary and Secondary age ranges.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional needs.
• Deliver intervention programmes and targeted support.
• Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Support EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
• Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Contribute to a safe and supportive educational setting.
