We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business within the commercial interior design and refurbishment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, friendly, and ambitious team where people truly are at the heart of success.
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of furniture packages across a range of projects. This role would suit someone energetic, detail-oriented, and keen to grow their career within a dynamic environment.
The Role
Working closely with the project teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting the specification, procurement, and delivery of furniture elements from initial brief through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Support the specification and delivery of furniture packages across the full project lifecycle
Liaise with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and in person
Manage project documentation and files (SharePoint)
Prepare quotations and assist with product specification
Place orders and track acknowledgements
Coordinate delivery schedules and installation plans
Complete job sheets and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet project timelines
Build strong supplier relationships and maintain product knowledge
Update project systems with opportunities and orders
Support project close-out activities
Check and approve purchase invoices
Assist with general administration tasks
Maintain furniture library and pricing accuracy
Identify opportunities to improve processesAbout You
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience within a purchasing or procurement environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to work independently and within a team
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleDesirable
Understanding of logistics
Experience in a similar office-based role
Familiarity with Mac systems
Interest in interiors, design, or workplace environmentsWhat’s on Offer
