Shotblaster

Pennine Recruitment (acting as a recruitment business) are delighted to be recruiting a Shot blaster / Labourer to join a well-established business in Sheffield on a full time, Ongoing basis.

Hours of Work- 6am to 2pm and 10am to 6pm on rotation as needed

Starting pay rate- £14.00 per hour

We are ideally looking for individuals who have previous experience in Shotblasting or Industrial paint spraying roles.

Duties will include, but is not limited to:

* Shot blasting

* Operating an overhead crane to manipulate large items

* Operating a Counterbalance FLT to load and unload vehicles

* General duties around the production facility

* Be able to use your own initiative

* Ability to lift/move heavy objects due to the nature of the business

Person Specification

* Has a keen attention to detail

* Heavy Engineering / Industrial coatings experience

* A methodical, logical and practical approach

* Has an awareness of Health & Safety and able to follow the correct Health & Safety procedures

* Overhead Crane licence

* FLT Counterbalance License
