We are recruiting Psychology Graduates for rewarding Teaching Assistant positions within supportive schools, working closely with children who have SEND, Autism (ASD), ADHD and a range of learning difficulties.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting young people while developing valuable behaviour, communication and intervention skills in a school setting.
We're looking for Psychology graduates who are:
• Passionate about child development and education
• Interested in SEND, Autism and additional learning needs
• Excellent communicators with strong English skills
• Calm, empathetic and resilient
• Keen to gain meaningful experience working with children and young people
• Looking for a long-term, full-time position
The role:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Long-term opportunities with potential permanent routes
What we offer:
