Salary: up to £65,000
Location: Pudsey, LS28

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Manager
Previous experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Full UK driving licence
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements
Right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery
Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to achieve positive outcomes for the people supported
Manage budgets, resources and occupancy levels effectively
Promote a person-centred approach that enables individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across all areas of the service
