* Support the training of the team on safe working practices and company procedures.

* Take responsibility for ensuring allergen controls and compliance standards are always followed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* At least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role

* A background in high-quality restaurants, boutique hotels, premium hospitality venues or luxury lifestyle environments

* Experience working in a 4-star or 5-star setting would be advantageous

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, support and develop a team

* A calm, organised approach and the ability to perform well under pressure

* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding food

* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures

* A Food Safety Level 2 or 3 qualification would be beneficial

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style

* Good level of written and spoken English

* Confident IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

* A full UK driving licence would be an advantage
