Dual Registered Manager - Children's Residential EBD Homes
Location: Bury
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and experienced manager looking to make a real difference in young people's lives?
Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children's residential EBD homes in Bury.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and managing two 2-bed children's homes (ages 8-16), with plans to expand to three beds, adding another senior team member.
Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supporting and developing your team, including an Assistant Manager and reporting to the Head of Care.
Building positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
Overseeing daily operations, staff rotas, and care planning to promote stability and growth for the young people.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
Full UK driving licence.
Level 3 Children & Young People (CYP) or equivalent, with a strong preference for working towards Level 5.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A compassionate approach with a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
