Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?
Do you have a genuine interest in helping children and teens, even if you have no prior experience? If you're caring, compassionate, and ready to embark on a meaningful career, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers in our Secure Children's Home. No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

The Role:

As a Secure Care Worker, you will be a vital part of a dedicated team, helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during difficult times. You'll be providing hands-on care and support, engaging with them in day-to-day activities, education, and health-related matters. You'll also have the chance to focus on either 'intervention work' or 'activity work', depending on your interests and strengths.

Your role will involve:

Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment

Supporting their education, health, and independence

Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives

No two days are the same in this role, and you'll need to be ready for a challenge. Our young people are unique individuals, and we're looking for someone who will treat them as such.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with young people

An optimistic, caring, and compassionate attitude

A commitment to making a positive impact, no matter how small

If you're enthusiastic about working with children and teens and ready to take on a rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you - experience isn't necessary, just the right mindset!

Comprehensive training and a supportive induction programme to help you thrive

Group Personal Pension Scheme

30 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays)

Career progression opportunities

Access to discounts and benefits through the Blue Light Card scheme

Life Assurance Scheme

Enhanced parental leave (maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave)

Occupational Sickness Scheme

Regular supervisions and annual appraisals

Join our team and start a meaningful career where every day brings new challenges and the chance to make a real difference in a young person's life. Apply today and become a Secure Care Worker
