Location: Langley
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity in Langley? We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team on a full-time basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive. We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and education while supporting every child to reach their full potential.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will work 40 hours per week across 5 days and will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

* Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities.

* Observe, assess, and record children's progress.

* Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.

* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.

* Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.

* Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team.

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential).

* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.

* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A genuine passion for working with young children.

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
