Production Operative

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their production team in Hartlepool on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established business where your contribution will help meet daily production targets as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working as part of the process team to help meet daily production targets

* Labelling and stacking of containers, and filling them with produce

* Carrying out manual tasks, including some lifting

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient production

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a production, factory, labouring or similar hands-on role

* Comfortable with manual work

* A strong team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

* Clean-shaven (due to face-fitted mask requirements)

* Chemical experience is a plus, with opportunities for further training available

Shifts:

* Working on a 3-shift rotation, Monday to Friday:

* Days: 7:00am – 3:00pm

* Backs: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

* Nights: 11:00pm – 7:00am
