About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join my client based in Hartlepool. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and is committed to meeting production targets.
Duties
Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble products and components in line with specifications
Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Package finished goods ready for storage or dispatch
Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any faults
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
Work towards daily production targets and deadlines
Support other areas of the business when needed
Rate:
£12.71 - £13.71phHours:
Monday - Friday
3 shift rotation - days/backs/nights
