Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker
Salary: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire & Hayes, London
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays on a rota basis)

About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in supporting children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives while promoting their welfare, education and emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities
• Safeguard children and young people at all times
• Build positive relationships
• Support education and appointments
• Promote independence skills
• Complete daily recordings and reports
• Support behaviour management plans
• Participate in activities and outings
• Work alongside social workers, schools and professionals
• Maintain a safe and homely environment
Requirements
*
Essential
* Right to work in the UK.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
* Willingness to complete mandatory training.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
*
Desirable
* Experience working with children or young people.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
