Residential Team Leader / Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care – Corwen, Denbighshire
Are you an experienced senior support worker or residential team leader looking to make a meaningful impact in children’s residential care? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join a leading specialist provider in Corwen, Denbighshire, delivering high-quality care to children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support young people to develop positive relationships and reach their full potential
Lead shifts and serve as a positive role model within the home
Promote a therapeutic, person-centred approach to care
Work collaboratively with education, therapy, and management teams
Participate in the Management On-Call rota to ensure smooth operation of the service

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care setting
QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Experience leading or supporting a staff team
Full UK manual driving licence (a company car is provided during work hours)
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Willingness to join the management On-Call system
Proficiency in electronic care recording systems; experience with Clearcare is advantageous but full training will be provided
