Working within the Baby Room, you'll play an important role in supporting children's development, wellbeing and learning through nurturing relationships, engaging experiences and high-quality care.

About the Nursery

This welcoming nursery currently cares for around 45–50 children and has built a positive reputation for providing a caring, supportive environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

The setting benefits from a large outdoor play area, open green spaces nearby and unique opportunities for children to engage with nature and the local environment. Regular outdoor experiences form an important part of the nursery's approach, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.

The team prides itself on maintaining a friendly and supportive culture where practitioners feel respected, encouraged and valued.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support the delivery of high-quality care and education within the Baby Room, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for young children.

You'll work closely with colleagues and families to support children's development, wellbeing and learning while ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and care are maintained.

Morning availability is particularly desirable due to the nursery's busiest periods, although flexible working options are available.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking qualified practitioners who have a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.

You should hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. Most importantly, you'll be caring, enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
