The Role

You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing within a nurturing and engaging Early Years environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting children aged 0-5

• Delivering learning through play

• Acting as a Key Person

• Completing observations and assessments

• Supporting children’s individual learning journeys

• Building positive relationships with families

• Promoting safeguarding and child welfare

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification

• Nursery, Preschool or Early Years experience

• Good understanding of the EYFS Framework

• Positive and proactive attitude

• Passion for supporting children’s development
