Recycling Operatives

We are currently recruiting for a number or Recycling Operatives to join our clients growing team. This role will involve sorting and processing recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort recyclable materials including paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard.
* Operate recycling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure materials are correctly separated.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials where required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a recycling, warehouse, production, or waste management environment is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role and remain on your feet for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
