Recycling Operative – Mansfield (NG19)
Location: Mansfield, NG19
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling facility in Mansfield (NG19). This is a hands-on role working on-site, helping to sort and separate recyclable materials to support efficient and environmentally responsible operations.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Sorting recyclable materials from waste streams
*
Removing non-recyclable items by hand
*
Working safely on a production or conveyor line
*
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
*
Following all health, safety, and site procedures
About You
*
Happy to work in a manual, hands-on role
*
Comfortable working around waste and recyclable materials
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
*
Good awareness of health and safety
*
No previous experience required — full training provided
Pay & Benefits
*
Regular, full-time hours
*
Weekly pay available
*
On-site training and PPE provided
*
Overtime opportunities may be available
