Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a growing care provider seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join their team.

This is a key role supporting the smooth running of care services, combining rota coordination, compliance, communication, and operational support within a regulated care environment.

Key Duties:

Coordinate and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe and effective care delivery
Act as a key contact for service users, families, and care staff
Maintain accurate care records, scheduling systems, and documentation
Support safeguarding by identifying and escalating concerns appropriately
Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews
Monitor service performance and escalate issues to management
Respond to absences or emergencies to maintain continuity of care
Support onboarding, training, and general administrative duties
Communicate rota updates and service changes clearly and promptly
Contribute to audits, inspections, and compliance activity
Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rotaAbout You:

Experience in care coordination or a similar health & social care role
Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm, confident and compassionate communicator
Comfortable using digital care systems and basic reporting tools
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Full UK driving licence essentialWhat's on Offer:

£32K DOE plus on-call allowance
Full-time, permanent role (Monday-Friday, 9-5)
Office based in Burgess Hill
1 week in 4 on-call (including weekends)
