An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join one of East Kent's largest and most established law firms.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients across a wide range of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
• Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team environment.
About You
The successful candidate will:
• Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified Conveyancer.
• Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property matters.
