The Role

* Deliver monitoring services for funders and lenders

* Undertake site inspections and progress reviews

* Produce monitoring reports

* Review project costs, cashflow and risk

* Monitor compliance with funding agreements

* Support growth of the regional team

Requirements

* MRICS qualified

* Previous monitoring surveying experience

* Strong construction and development knowledge

* Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background
