The School and Role
A friendly and supportive primary school in Salford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This rewarding role involves supporting teaching and learning across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to help pupils achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment.

You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping to deliver high-quality learning experiences while encouraging pupils' academic, social and emotional development. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant who enjoys building positive relationships and making a meaningful impact on children's learning every day.

Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
To be considered for this Level 3 Teaching Assistant role, you will:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have experience supporting children within a primary school setting
Be confident delivering learning activities to individuals and small groups
Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork and classroom support skills
Have a caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development
