We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a home in Handsworth for children with trauma and trauma-related needs.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.

To be successful in this role you must;

* Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a children's home

* Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care - ESSENTIAL

* Have experience of working with children and young people with trauma and trauma-related conditions.

* Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
