The Supply Register is recruiting a Computing Lecturer to support West Lancashire College on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in teaching BTEC / GCSE ICT or Computer Science.
The Role
As a Computing Lecturer, you will support learners to develop literacy skills and achieve their qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering BTEC Computer Science / ICT
Supporting reading, writing, and communication skills
Preparing learners for exams
Monitoring and tracking progress
Creating an inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Degree in ICT or Computer Science
Experience teaching ICT / Computer Science (BTEC or GCSE)
Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
