We are currently recruiting Computing Lecturers to support Carlisle College. This is a great opportunity for experienced lecturers or professionals from the sector looking to move into teaching.
The Role
As an Computing Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons and support learners preparing for careers.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering Computing lessons (T Levels)
Supporting coursework and assignment completion
Preparing learners for placements and employment
Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback
Promoting safeguarding and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Computing (Databases / general IT)
Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in programming / networking (desirable)
Experience with T Levels (desirable)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
