Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
Hampshire £50,000 – £55,000 per annum The Brendoncare Foundation

Brendoncare is a respected, values-driven charity delivering compassionate, person-centred care across a growing portfolio of services. We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to play a pivotal organisation-wide leadership role.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and evolve the Quality Assurance Framework, influencing quality at both senior leadership and Board level. Working across care homes, extra care and community services, you will ensure consistently high standards of care.
You’ll take ownership of quality, governance and compliance—driving continuous improvement, strengthening performance, and supporting teams to deliver excellent, person-centred care across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality, governance and compliance across all services
Develop and evolve the organisation’s Quality Assurance Framework
Drive continuous improvement and strong CQC outcomes
Embed a culture of learning, reflection and accountability
Produce clear, insightful reporting for senior leaders and the Board
Line manage and develop a dedicated Quality & Compliance team
Coach and support managers to achieve and sustain excellence
About You
Proven experience in a quality or compliance role within health or social care, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance frameworks, and quality standards
Demonstrable track record of leading audits and delivering sustainable service improvements, using data to identify trends and manage risk
Ability to analyse complex information and produce clear, insightful reports for senior leadership
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams at all levels
Full UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel across services as required
