Part II Architectural Assistant / Newly Qualified Architect

Up to £38,000 DOE
Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established architectural practice seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to support the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects. This role offers excellent exposure to planning and early technical stages.
Key Responsibilities for this Part II / Architect role:
• Prepare and contribute to planning applications and listed building consent submissions
• Produce planning drawings and supporting documentation, including Design & Access Statements
• Assist in the development of Stage 4 technical packages
• Support coordination with consultants and project teams
• Ensure designs comply with planning policy and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to project delivery across multiple stages
Requirements for this Part II / Architect role:
• Experience preparing planning applications and supporting documentation
• Exposure to RIBA Stage 4 technical packages
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
