Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established, global automation provider who are seeking a solutions sales manager to sell their ASRS systems across the UK. With a strong basic salary and bonus, this is a great opportunity for an individual with a technical or sales background to join a business with a strong reputation in their sector.
Responsibilities
Develop business on a national basis by working with end user’s, integrator’s and third party providers
Work with partner manager’s of the manufacturer to assist customer’s effectively
Be a product specialist in relation to ASRS systems
Provide simulations with customers in order to aid in winning new business on various size projects travelling nationally
Attend various industry exhibitions and events Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally be a project sales focused professional from within the automation sector. It is highly preferable that you will be a product specialist in relation to mobile automation and ideally have strong experience of ASRS, AGV’s or AMR’s. Individual’s from outside of automation may be considered but will need to show a high level of commercial acumen and strong experience from the intralogistics sector. The company are seeking an individual to show strong technical as well as commercial ability, able to perform simulations and have a consultative approach. The role also requires national travel.

As such, they’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to sell ASRS across the UK
