What we are looking for:
* Enthusiastic and positive individual
* Experience of providing excellent customer service
* Outstanding communication skills
* The ability to use your own initiative and multitask whilst remaining calm and flexible
Duties/responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist students, staff and visitors at main Reception
* Manage a wide range of reception and administrative duties, including answering the switchboard and transferring calls
* Provide support for events and event registration
* Work closely with the Estates and Security Teams.
