We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commercial Vehicle Technician based in Halesowen, West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced commercial vehicle technician seeking to advance their career within a professional automotive environment. Our client offers a supportive team, ongoing manufacturer training, and clear progression pathways.
Benefits for the successful Commercial Vehicle Technician:
Basic salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
Bonus scheme with on-target earnings up to £42,500+
Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 5:00pm)
30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service

Supportive team environment and recognition programmesDuties of the Commercial Vehicle Technician:
Conducting servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles
Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently
Performing vehicle inspections and visual health checks
Ensuring all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and prepared to manufacturer standards
Maintaining detailed records of work carried out
Supporting the team to deliver high-quality workmanship within workshop timescales
Adhering to health and safety procedures and manufacturer guidelinesRequirements of the Commercial Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Minimum of 3 years' workshop experience
Strong diagnostic and servicing skills
MOT Tester licence (advantageous but not essential)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
