Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Will consider 9am-3pm, Flexible as required)

What's the role about?As HR & People Manager, you will:
Take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity
Partner with leadership to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy
Lead recruitment, ensuring the business attracts and retains high-quality talent
Strengthen organisational culture, moving from reactive to proactive HR practices
Support leaders with people challenges, coaching them to build high-performing teamsKey Responsibilities
Develop and implement a clear people strategy aligned to business growth plans
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from role scoping through to onboarding and induction
Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design
Build and embed effective HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks
Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability
Design and deliver learning and development initiatives across the business
Drive cultural evolution, embedding values and improving engagementRequirements
About You You're someone who:
Has proven experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally in an SME environment
Is equally comfortable at strategic level and delivering hands-on HR support
Brings strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Has a track record of managing recruitment and improving quality of hires
Is commercially aware and understands the link between people and performance
Builds trust quickly, communicates effectively, and handles sensitive situations with confidence
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can make a real differenceBenefits
