Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Bispham to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Educator for a part-time position starting in September.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing and committed Early Years practitioner to join a supportive school team. You will play a key role in supporting children within the EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in line with school policies
Working closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver activities
Observing, tracking, and assessing children’s development
Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)
Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Be patient, proactive, and passionate about early years development
Work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills
