Veritas Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wigan area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education, or for those seeking flexible work supporting local schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
Support students across KS3 and KS4
Ensure work is completed and provide feedback to teaching staff

✅ Ideal Candidate

We're looking for confident and adaptable individuals who:

Have experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Possess strong behaviour management skills
Are confident leading a classroom independently
Are reliable, flexible and professional
Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
