Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer to join a social housing project based at The Crossings in Hull.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous resident liaison or customer-facing experience within the social housing sector who can build strong relationships with tenants and ensure works are delivered smoothly.
The Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the contractor, ensuring excellent communication throughout the programme of works.
Your duties will include:
Liaising with residents before, during and after works take place.
Keeping tenants informed of appointments, progress updates and any changes.
Managing resident expectations and resolving queries or concerns.
Supporting site teams to ensure works run smoothly.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Building positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
Assisting with complaints handling and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role.
Experience working within social housing, planned works or maintenance environments preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
