We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of residential and refurbishment projects, acting as the key link between site teams and residents.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with tenants and homeowners, ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between residents and the construction team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders
* Keep residents fully informed of project timelines, planned works, and any disruptions
* Handle complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
* Arrange and attend resident meetings, property visits, and consultations
* Support site teams in delivering works in occupied properties
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
* Ensure all communication meets company and client standards
Requirements
* ✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role (or similar) within construction
* ✅ Strong knowledge of working on social housing, refurbishment, or construction projects
* ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
* ✅ Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve complaints effectively
* ✅ Strong organisational and administrative skills
* ✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
