About the Role
As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver creative and engaging lessons that encourage students to develop their confidence, communication skills, and love for performance. You will play a key role in fostering creativity both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages.
✅ Inspire students to develop their performance and creative skills.
✅ Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
✅ Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
✅ Contribute to productions, performances, and enrichment activities.
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.
What We're Looking For
⭐ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
⭐ Experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting.
⭐ Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
⭐ A passion for performing arts and student development.
⭐ Commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
