Remedy Education are looking for aspiring teachers who want to gain hands-on classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in schools across South East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, future teachers, or anyone looking to build experience before starting teacher training. You will be working closely with class teachers, supporting pupils in lessons, helping with behaviour, and gaining valuable school-based experience across primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
The schools are looking for confident, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

Position: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Location: South East London
Pay: £100-£117 per day
Hours: Full-time

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in class on a 1:1, small group and whole-class basis
* Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom routines
* Help pupils stay engaged, focused and confident in their learning
* Support behaviour management and positive classroom expectations
* Work with pupils of different abilities and learning needs
* Gain valuable experience in a school environment before teacher training
* Build confidence delivering support across a range of subjects and year groups
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A genuine interest in becoming a teacher
* A passion for supporting children and young people
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Confidence working in a busy school environment
* Reliability, patience and enthusiasm
* A willingness to learn from experienced teachers and school staff
* Previous school, tutoring, youth work, coaching or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
