About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Technician to join a growing, quality-focused team based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working with advanced inspection technologies and supporting critical product release activities.

Due to increased demand, we're expanding the team and need a detail-oriented technician to manage essential administrative and inspection tasks to ensure products are released efficiently prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Quality and Operations teams to support product release
Oversee source inspection activities and ensure documentation is complete
Support Operations and Engineering with non-conforming / deviating product
Manage concessions and ensure timely processing
Coordinate site calibration activities
Support and participate in internal audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function
Share best practices to improve efficiency and quality performance
Collaborate with wider EQS teams to achieve departmental goals

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Quality Technician / Inspection / Product Release role
Background in a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience inspecting products or validating materials
Comfortable working with IT systems, including SAP and customer portals
Proactive team player willing to support across Operations and Quality
