Classroom Support

Work alongside teaching staff to raise pupil attainment
Deliver intervention programmes
Support curriculum delivery across year groupsLesson Delivery

Lead planned learning activities
Provide classroom cover during teacher absence
Adapt learning tasks to suit pupil needsAssessment & Communication

Monitor pupil engagement and progress
Provide feedback to teaching staff
Contribute to planning discussions where requiredRequirements

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience within a primary school setting
Confidence leading groups of pupils independently
Strong behaviour management skills
Good understanding of the primary curriculum
