Salary: £100 - £115 per day
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a rewarding role within a supportive Primary School?
Do you have the confidence to lead learning across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2?
Are you passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential in a positive learning environment?

The schools are looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA on either a long-term or short-term basis. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2, delivering intervention sessions, supporting small groups, and providing classroom cover where required while working closely with teachers and senior leaders.
The successful HLTA will have:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working within a Primary School setting
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
