Counterbalance Forklift Driver PM SHIFT

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Nether Heyford, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers looking for long‑term, consistent work.

What We’re Looking For

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (IN‑HOUSE ACCEPTED)

* Warehouse or logistics experience

* Clamp attachment experience beneficial

* Strong health & safety awareness

* Comfortable with manual handling

* Positive attitude and good communication

Job Details

* Monday to Friday

* Saturdays: minimum 2 in every 4 weeks

* Shift: 13:00 – 22:00

* Immediate start

* Long‑term, ongoing work

Pay & Benefits

* £15.35 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

* Bonus: 2 extra hours paid for every Saturday worked

Key Responsibilities

* Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely

* Moving stock, pallets, and materials

* Manual handling where required

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Using clamp attachments when needed

* Keeping work areas clean and safe

* Following all site procedures
