Warehouse Team Leader required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience in a production or engineering environment. Driving Licence, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are essential for this position.

Warehouse Team Leader Overview

Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
Conduct daily team briefings to communicate workload, priorities, and performance expectations.
Allocate work effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently while providing hands-on support when required.
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, work order completion, and warehouse performance, reporting progress and issues to management.
Carry out quality checks, investigate operational issues, and support root cause analysis to resolve problems.
Warehouse Team Leader Requirements

Warehouse experience in a production or engineering environment
Driving Licence
Reach Truck Licence
Counterbalance Licence
