Are you an experienced Workshop Manager, Engineering Supervisor or Fleet Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge?

We're currently recruiting for a Workshop Manager to join a well-established commercial vehicle operation in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an experienced engineering team while overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy workshop.

The Role

* Lead and develop a team of Engineers and Technicians

* Manage daily workshop operations

* Plan servicing, maintenance and repairs

* Monitor fleet availability and performance

* Ensure quality and compliance standards are met

* Carry out post-maintenance quality checks

* Promote a strong health and safety culture

* Drive continuous improvement across the workshop

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous Workshop Manager or supervisory experience

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent

✔ Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

✔ Commercial vehicle or fleet experience

✔ Proven leadership and people management skills

✔ Good understanding of health and safety regulations

✔ Strong planning and organisational abilities
